E. Roache emphasizes that digital literacy is now an essential life skill. While basic access to technology is widespread, true comprehension and responsible usage often lag, creating a critical knowledge gap. To address this, a recent Digital Literacy Workshop taught participants practical skills like identifying online scams, protecting personal data, and managing their digital footprints. The sessions also explored artificial intelligence and device optimization.
