4. Information that is required
Name, email and a password or Google sign-in are needed to create an account. An Agoogi account is not required merely to register for a public live session. For a session registration, name and email are required; a telephone or WhatsApp number is required only when that contact method is selected. A profile photograph is optional. Payment providers may require additional billing information on their own secure pages.
5. Who receives information?
Information may be shared only where necessary with:
- website hosting and database providers, including Hostinger;
- Google, when you choose Google sign-in;
- YouTube, only when you choose to load embedded video;
- Republic Bank, PowerTranz or another disclosed payment provider when you start or complete payment;
- professional advisers, contractors bound by confidentiality, or public authorities where lawfully required.
Agoogi does not sell personal information.
6. International processing
Agoogi is based outside the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, and some service providers may process information in other countries. Where EU or UK transfer rules apply, Agoogi will assess the transfer and use an available legal safeguard, such as an adequacy decision or approved contractual terms, before making a restricted transfer.
7. How long we keep information
- Active account information: while the account is used and ordinarily for no longer than 24 months after inactivity, unless another record must be retained.
- Abandoned cart records: up to 30 days.
- Closed enquiries: ordinarily up to 12 months after closure.
- Live-session registration and attendance records: ordinarily until 24 months after the session, then deleted or anonymised unless a payment, dispute, safeguarding concern or legal obligation requires a longer period.
- Learning access and progress: ordinarily up to 24 months after access ends, unless needed for an ongoing service or dispute.
- Completed privacy-request and consent evidence: ordinarily up to three years.
- Security and audit records: ordinarily up to 12–24 months, depending on risk.
- Orders, approved payments and accounting records: for the period required by applicable tax, accounting, contractual or dispute-resolution law.
Records may be kept longer where a legal claim, fraud investigation or binding legal duty requires it. Agoogi will document any exception.
8. Your rights
Depending on the law that applies, you may ask Agoogi to:
- provide access to your personal information;
- correct inaccurate or incomplete information;
- erase information where the right applies;
- restrict or object to certain processing;
- provide eligible information in a portable electronic format;
- withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Logged-in users can use the Privacy Centre. You may also email privacy@agoogi.com. Agoogi may request proportionate information to confirm identity. The right to erasure is not absolute; for example, necessary accounting or legal records may need to be retained while other account data is removed or de-linked.
9. Complaints
Please contact Agoogi first so the matter can be investigated. Where EU or UK data-protection law applies, you may also complain to the supervisory authority in the country where you live, work or believe the issue occurred.
10. Children
The general website is not designed for children to create accounts independently. A person under 16 should not self-register. A parent or guardian should complete or approve any registration for a child attending a live session and should contact Agoogi before any child account or child-focused service is created. Agoogi will then assess the applicable age, safeguarding and parental-authorisation requirements.
11. Automated decisions
Agoogi does not currently make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects solely by automated means through this website.
12. Security
Agoogi uses password hashing, encrypted HTTPS connections, restricted administrative access, secure session cookies, form-security tokens, data minimisation, private profile-image storage and audit logging. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Please use a unique password and notify Agoogi promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
13. Changes
Material changes will be shown on the website and the version date will be updated. Where required, Agoogi will provide a more prominent notice or request a new choice for optional processing.
